These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Go Live (“Company”, “we”, “our”) to our clients (“Client”, “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Renewal Payment of Domain / Hosting
- Renewal payments for domains or hosting services must be completed on or before the renewal due date.
- If renewal payment is not received by the due date, the service may be temporarily suspended until payment is cleared.
- If the payment delay exceeds 20 days after the renewal due date, the service will be permanently stopped and may not be recoverable.
- Renewal fees are subject to change annually, based on prevailing market rates.
2. Project Initiation & Payment Terms
- Before starting any project or assignment, the Client must pay 50% of the total invoice as a non-refundable advance.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 24 hours of project completion and submission.
- Full ownership rights of the deliverables will be transferred to the Client only after full payment is received.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- Go Live supports the Digital India initiative and accepts payments only through:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI Payments
- Invoices and payment receipts are provided only in digital format (.pdf) as part of our no-paper policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide necessary resources (photos, videos, documents, credentials, etc.) on time.
- Resources must meet quality standards (HD 1080p+ for videos, acceptable formats like JPG, PNG, MP4).
- Delays in providing resources may affect timelines. Repeated delays may lead to suspension or termination of the project.
5. Professional Conduct
- All communications must remain respectful and professional.
- Any inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination of the project without refund.
6. Termination Policy
- If a project is terminated due to the Client’s actions:
- The advance payment will not be refunded.
- If more than 50% of work has been completed, the Client must pay for the completed portion.
- If termination is initiated by Go Live for internal reasons, a fair refund will be processed for uncompleted work.
7. Estimates & Project Scope
- Initial cost estimates are approximate and may vary after full requirement analysis.
- Changes in scope or additional features will require a revised quotation and agreement.
8. Support & Maintenance
- Post-delivery support is not included unless the Client subscribes to a monthly maintenance & management plan.
- Fees vary depending on project size and complexity.
- Details of the plan will be shared separately.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All deliverables remain the property of Go Live until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the Client.
- Go Live may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared.
- Information may not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
11. Liability & Warranties
- Go Live is not liable for indirect losses such as business, revenue, or data.
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party platforms or client-provided resources.
- Deliverables are provided “as is” unless explicitly agreed in writing.
12. Force Majeure
- Go Live will not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, strikes, government restrictions).
13. Data Protection & Privacy
- Client data will be used solely for delivering services.
- Reasonable measures are taken to safeguard data, but we are not responsible for breaches beyond our control.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
15. Updates to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
